Local authorities receive multiple emergency calls regarding complaints of a loud explosion, combined with a very bright light and unidentified animal-like sounds in the Sarkandaugava area of Riga City. KBI Agent W. Brown was immediately dispatched to the scene and arrived at 7:45 pm.

Upon entering the premises through the main entrance, Agent Brown encountered a massive hole in the nearby wall and two male adults, John Dick, born 1936, and BHS.BBY, born 1996. Agent Brown secured the scene and contacted dispatch, requesting immediate backup and medical assistance.

A visual inspection of the scene indicated that a large object, approximately 2.5m in height, had caused the damage to the adjacent wall. It was also observed that almost all items on the premises had been chaotically displaced, with some items extensively damaged by what seemed to be bite marks.

John D. provided a witness statement regarding the incident, stating that he and BHS.BBY had been testing rare substance combinations for a new art contraption when something went wrong, resulting in a bright explosion that transformed the painting into a living, breathing creature. "Everything happened so fast. I passed out after it ran through the wall...”

Agent W. Brown reports a Code 11-60 while en route to a local Forensics Lab to transport collected evidence items from the crime scene. He was unexpectedly attacked during his duty, and since has provided the following witness statement regarding the incident:

As soon as I turned my engine on, an eerie sound echoed in the air. I was perplexed; I couldn't tell where it was coming from.

I got out of the car to investigate and opened the trunk to retrieve my flashlight, but the second I did, the sound intensified. I spun around to see an immense creature seemingly made of black fur, with razor sharp teeth bared. It was fixated on the sound of the engine, and I was frozen, too scared to move.

For some reason, the creature seemed to be more interested in the sound of the engine than myself. And he was growling, seemingly trying to imitate the sound the engine.

The monster started sniffing around the vehicle. It stopped for a second as if contemplating further course of action and then suddenly barraged the car, chewing its way to the engine.

At once, my trunk slammed shut, the noise startling the beast. Its gaze shifted to mine, and I felt a cold dread in my stomach. It lunged forward, latching onto my arm and throwing me to the ground. Everything went dark.

When I awoke, I could see my car engulfed in flames and my backup agents charging in to my rescue. I had no idea what had just happened, only that I made it through, somehow...

The press conference had been in preparation for months, as the KBI had managed to track down approximate whereabouts of the elusive creature responsible for the Sarkandaugava incident.

KBI Director Agent F. Oswald was about to make a stunning revelation: an unknown third party seems to be controlling the beast and using it as their own personal weapon of destruction.

Just moments before Agent Oswald could finish his statement, an explosion rocked through the building, shaking its foundations and sending most attendants into shock.

In what seemed like seconds later, screams echoed throughout the room as people rushed towards exits - but it was too late.

The monster appeared from out of nowhere and began rampaging through furniture with incredible force, leaving nothing standing in its wake.

Chaos ensued; chairs were thrown around with reckless abandon while terrified attendees scrambled for safety behind overturned tables or locked themselves inside closets in fear of being attacked.

In a matter of minutes everything came to standstill.All that remained within sight were broken pieces strewn across scattered remains which once belonged together.

Evidence alone left from another violent rampage caused by this monstrous entity gone rogue.

Dear Citizens,It has been some time since the events of the Kiwie incident shook our city to its core.

We at KBI understand the fear and confusion that has been brought about by this affair. And we regret that it has taken us so long to get back to you with an update on the situation.

KBI had suffered great damage in the aftermath of our last press conference, and the creature has continued to be on the loose since then. We also have reasons to believe Kiwie has moved beyond the borders of our city, and perhaps even left the country.

Nevertheless, the KBI has taken this time to reassess our strategies, and we are glad to inform that we have secured resources to resume our operations - our best teams are currently in training for the next mission.

Meanwhile, as a part of the effort to expand our KBI Volunteer Squad, we are releasing a limited set of Kiwie Practice Dummies - scale models of the creature meant to aid volunteers like you in sharpening your tracking and patrol skills.
